We are a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Shenandoah, PA. We have a 119 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation Center and a 23 bed Personal Care facility as well as Independent Living Suites. Our flexible care model allows us to meet a wide variety of needs.

Get a friendly and professional helping hand with daily needs with our assisted living Personal Care option. Or receive around-the-clock attention and skilled nursing and/or long-term care.

Many of our residents begin in independent living and make a smooth transition into assisted living or skilled nursing services when the time comes.
